We should listen to it and follow it, ...Home or to Heaven, Sach Khand, Bliss ... wherever (depending on the particular spiritual teaching)
From all my recent readings and hearings it has become apparent that some meddling with words and perceptions in this regard has purposefully been applied in a lot of what has been presented to the main stream. As recent as Napoleon Hill's Think and grow rich (1950 something I think) The publishers insisted he replaces words in the original text with what "They" deemed would make the book more "sell able" than his original script. On making the movie from the latter document the word "vibration" was again replaced with "thought" in some 80 instances. This book, after some half century is still in the top 500 bestsellers / year. Recently the original script has been made available. (You find it yourself if it is important!)
Recent main stream science and even Law of attraction pubs. etc. make it very clear that our emotions are a a direct result of our thoughts.
Thoughts ARE vibration, or you are literally 'vibrating' at the frequency of your thoughts. (and by Law of attraction start attracting similar, good or bad.)
Hence if you want to find a shortcut to Heaven or Home you could simply stop your thoughts or quiet your mind. (Enter meditation) and your default vibration (without your bouquet of thoughts and beliefs) would leave you vibrating at the frequency of Source and you will end 'There' by the law of attraction.
Animals depend solely on their 'gut feel', we call it instinct. Much of the animal kingdom have Instinct that is far superior to that that is available to man. Intellectually this can be understood in the absence of an inquiring , reasoning capable mind. We reason ourselves out of touch with our intuition and into our limited perceptions about who we are, what we are capable of etc.
In humans this is more commonly replaced by feelings as in emotions (the latter literally meaning thoughts in motion).
Our emotions are always one of 2 emotions (infinitely sub-categorized by the human mind)
Your are always either feeling good or bad.
This feeling is, as humans our 'Instinct'. It is a direct communication from Source of how much the current thought you are holding is in alignment with what you are wanting. And we would, like the animals simply avoid it if the vibration wasn't a 'good' one, if it was not for our reasoning mind that convinced us that this suffering is 'expected', 'normal part of life', 'or deserved', 'somebody else to blame', 'my fate' etc. etc.
What to do when I have a bad emotion or become aware of an unwanted vibration ?
[Get back to Source Vibration.]
My progress on the most effective and efficient and lasting method offered here.
1. Let go of the thought.
Accomplished best by using the program of creation. ( also used by the Sedona method.)
i.e: ask yourself the following questions
* Do I want to let go of this thought ? Answer clear yes
* Can I let go of this thought ? Answer clear yes
* Will I let go of this thought ? Answer clear yes
* When will I let go of this ? Breathe deep, Shout Now
(Yes the process of creation is still 4 steps we use it like that to accomplish miracles like fire walking as well)
2. Select a happy thought and start pondering it straight away, this can be any thought that make you Feel Good. (shopping, meeting me in real person etc. etc.!)
I suggest you start this thought with: - I want [your currently most desired widget here]
Spend a moment clearly visualizing your new creation.
Sounds simple?
This is an awesomely powerful exercise!
It will have a permanent change for every negative emotion creating thought you apply it too!
